Design/Build

Engaged early in the process, Awrish Builders Construction Company (ABC) assumes the responsibility and risk for the services provided by our design professionals, ensuring successful project completion in terms of design, construction, schedule, and cost.
Design-Assist
Preserving the traditional contracting hierarchy, design-assist involves collaborating with clients and their design professionals throughout pre-construction and construction phases. Our project management personnel, who are also engineers, contribute extensive knowledge of building systems, leading to significant cost savings. Design-assist provides benefits akin to design/build, while clients retain responsibility for the work of design professionals.
Construction Management
For clients preferring completion of design before engaging general contractors, our construction management services offer a guaranteed project price, providing cost security. Clients may also share in savings if costs come in below the guaranteed price. Our open-book approach allows client participation in the subcontractor buy-out process as desired.
Sustainability
